ultrasonic future outlaw is a conceptual project exploring the intersection of technology, humanity, creativity, and rebellion. it serves as a conduit for raw, human-generated ambient techno, aimed at forging new experiences and building genuine connections in a world grappling with technological displacement and the search for purpose.
in a near-future stockport, artificial intelligence (known as "the system") has automated nearly all jobs, leading to a pervasive sense of ennui, apathy, and meaninglessness despite basic needs being met by a universal basic income. within this "automated quiet", human-generated ambient techno possesses a spiritual power capable of bypassing algorithmic filters and reconnecting people to raw human emotion.
